RETURNS POLICY

Refunds / Exchanges are only given when agreed to by an email from us. All refund requests must be within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. All of my items are "Brand New" unless otherwise stated All return shipping charges are at your cost although they may be refunded solely at our discretion.

Please let me know whether you require a refund or exchange. I will be more than happy to refund the money in full (less postage) provided items are returned in their original condition with the receipt; the item is in new condition and in all the original packaging.

Please email me and let me know the goods are coming back, letting me know the reason for our records. The original receipt must be enclosed in the package or a refund cannot be processed.

RETURNING GOODS:

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to me. To return any products to me, please:

Complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel; attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting, I recommend you use an insured method of postage such as recorded delivery. Please take care how the goods are packaged; it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods reach me safely and in their original condition. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

I will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

If an item is returned to me by the Post Office as uncollected mail I do not refund the postage charges.

You must include the original receipt in the parcel, I can only refund through Paypal or cheque.
